Who runs must30
must30 is published by UrbanoDX (urbanodx.com). To ask about your data, to get a copy of it or to have your account and votes deleted, write to us through urbanodx.com/contact.
When you only read
The pages are served by our own server through Cloudflare. Like any website, both see your IP address, your browser and the page you ask for, to deliver it and to keep the site safe from abuse. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
Photos load from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org), some journal images from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), and the maps on activity pages from OpenStreetMap. Those servers see your IP address when your browser fetches the image. Our fonts are hosted by us.
Analytics, only if you accept
The first time you visit, a bar asks whether we may use analytics cookies. Until you press Accept, Google Analytics does not load at all. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (through Google's Firebase) loads, sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an id) and an installation id in your browser, and records the pages you view and three things you do:
- opening "See tours" on a card, with the search it runs;
- clicking a link to GetYourGuide, with the link's campaign tag;
- opening an experience page.
Each comes with the address of the page. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and sending data for ads stay off whatever you choose. If you decline, nothing loads. Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage (as must30-consent), and "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page lets you change it.
GetYourGuide links and the tour widget
Links to GetYourGuide carry our partner id and a campaign tag that names the page and the link, so GetYourGuide can credit a booking to must30. They carry nothing about you. Once you follow one you are on getyourguide.com, and its own privacy policy and cookies apply.
On some cards, "See tours" shows GetYourGuide's tour widget. Nothing from GetYourGuide loads until you press it, except on activity pages, where the widget loads when you scroll down to it.
Signing in, votes and reports
Signing in is optional and only needed to vote or to report an entry. It uses Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication, which keeps your session in your browser. When you sign in, our server stores your email address, your display name and the dates you joined and were last seen, together with the votes and reports you make. We use them to run those features and to limit abuse, and for nothing else.
Changes
When the site starts doing something new with your data, this page changes first. The date at the top is the last time we checked it against the site.
